Track 2: Human Brain and Neural Network.

Neural Network is the application of the Programs and data structures which approximates operation of the human brain. Brain contains more than the 10 million neurons. This huge numbers of the neurons are connected with each other with the help of number of synapses. This mimics in the neural network. Neural network is trained by adjusting the weights. Biological Neural network is the part of human brain. There are different project to study more about human brain like Human brain project. There are number of different tools and database present which help to formulate such neural network. Neural network is helpful in the brain mapping, neural processing studies. Human brain structure have almost ideal network connection.

Track 4: Neuron Spiking

Nerve cells are divided into 3 functionally distinct components, such as the dendrites, soma and nerve fibre. These dendrites play the role of the data input device which collects signals from different neurons and transmits these data in to the soma which is deliberated as the ‘central process unit’ that performs a vital non-linear process step: If the full input proceed a precise threshold, then associate output is generated. Axon delivers the signal to different neurons. Like this neurons communicate with each other with the electric pulses called as spike. Neuron spiking is the third generation neural network model.  This is the advanced level neural network model.

Brain is organised in the different level which is not separate from each other. These level are interconnected or coupled. Neural system is more complex system. Simulations help to experiments by providing a conceptual framework within which to interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and allow exploration of phenomena that are not directly accessible. To simulate large dataset we need large scale simulator for neural system simulation. There are different simulator which helps simulate large dataset.

Geographically, the market for brain imaging, Neuroinformatics and biomarkers can be segmented into four regions namely North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Rest of the World. Currently North America and Europe account for the largest share of the market. It has been estimated that approximately 100 million people are suffering from brain or nervous system disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease, sleep disorders and others. According to the National Institute of Mental Health in the U.S. about 1 in 4 adults suffer from brain disorders every year, with almost 6% of the population suffer from serious disabilities. Thus, for the diagnosis of these disorders rapidly new tools are being developed for more patients centered and personalized treatment. In the near future Asia-Pacific region is expected to witness significant growth to meet the massive unmet need for early diagnosis and disease monitoring. . According to study, Market Value for Neuro Informatics will be more than expected  as nearly 14.1% of  the worlds population will be affected by neurologic disoders by 2020 thus triggering manufacturers to undertake this market. A major part of research is going on the top Universities on Neuro Informatics across the globe. Many companies are associated with various diagnostic instruments and other therapeutics. Besides this various societies and research labs are also associated in this research field.

The market for neurodiagnostics can be segmented on the basis of three primary market segments neuroimaging market, in vitro diagnostics market and Neuroinformatics market. Neuroimaging segment can be categorized into computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine imaging (PET, SPECT), magneto-encepahlography (EEG), electro-encephalography and other imaging software. In vitro diagnostics segments can be subdivided into protein biomarker assay, pattern recognition diagnostics, genetic testing and pharmacogenomics. Likewise, the market for Neuroinformatics is subdivided into software used for diagnostics and storage namely IBM Blue Brain Project, Paul Allen Brain Atlas Project and other software.  Brain imaging techniques allows the technicians to visualize how quickly drugs reach to the receptors and their action mechanism. Moreover, these techniques also allow visualization of changes in brain activity after long-term usage of drug.

There has been a revolution in Australia in the field of Neuroinformatics with the development of a “21st century microscope” which will not be a single instrument; rather it will be an orchestration of specialized imaging technologies, data storage facilities, and specialized data processing engines. Moreover, scientists increasingly require access to a wide range of imaging instruments, across multiple modalities and multiple scales, to characterize a scientific sample or perform an experiment. The Multi-modal Australian Sciences Imaging and Visualization Environment is a high performance computing facility that is specialized for computational imaging and visualization, and has been created to underpin this new landscape.

MASSIVE has been established by Monash University, the Commonwealth Scientific Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), and the Victorian Partnership for Advanced Computing (VPAC) to support next-generation imaging and instrumentation. This facility provides computer hardware, software and expertise to drive research in the biomedical science, materials research, engineering, and neuroscience communities, and it stimulates advanced imaging research that will be exploited across a range of imaging modalities, including synchrotron x-ray and infrared imaging, functional and structural magnetic resonance imaging, x-ray computer tomography (CT), electron microscopy, and optical microscopy.

The MASSIVE project has a number of objectives.

1) To provide a world-class imaging and visualization facility to research groups identified by the MASSIVE stakeholders.

2) To increase the uptake of imaging and visualization services by research groups using the Australian Synchrotron and by Australian research groups more generally.

3) To increase the performance and capability of imaging and visualization systems, especially the on-line reconstruction of images generated by the Imaging and Medical Beamline (IMBL).

Conference series LLC organizes conference series all around the world in 2016, here we welcome you to the International Conference on Neuro Informatics during November 28-29, 2016 at Valencia, Spain. Neuro Informatics conference will be organized around the theme “Imaging Brain Dynamics by Bridging Neural Mechanisms and Informatics”.

Neuro Informatics is a research field concerned with the organization of neuroscience data by the application of computational models and analytical tools.

Our organizing committee is gearing up with more innovative and explorative sessions to unleash the boundaries of the Brain Informatics. Your expertise and knowledge in the area of Brain Informatics will provide an opportunity to discuss and respond to a series of questions about the status of advanced Brain Informatics.

Our goal is to deliver an outstanding program which covers the entire spectrum of research in Brain Informatics and share the cross-cultural experiences of various procedures of Brain Informatics.

Why to attend???

International Conference on Neuro Informatics is an unique forum to bring together worldwide distinguished academics in the field of brain informatics, brain engineering, academic scientists, industry researchers, scholars to exchange about state of the art research and technologies.

Aim of this conference is to stimulate new ideas for treatment that will be beneficial across the spectrum of Brain Informatics.

Target Audience:

Business delegates, Industrial Leaders, Neuroradiologist, Neuro Oncologists, CEO's and R&D Heads  from Industries, Directors, Neurologist, Neurosurgeons, Psychiatrist, Neuroscientist, Head of department, Professors and Students from Academia in the research of Neuro Informatics.
